    Thank you! I will check it out. Yes, I am aware it is a shot in the dark. But I also know some people do keep Mareks resistant flocks and these ladies all fit that category. I figure if anyone like that is around on the forums and wants to help out, it's better to put it out there than to not.

    New Year's Eve bump! Still on the hunt for a home for these ladies. Down to 5 birds, Big Mama is up in chicken heaven now. <3 Hopefully it'll be easier to find a home for 5.

    I have, a long time ago. I've thought about doing a thread about the coop and the girls, but I dunno if I can/should since they are kinda public access chickens, haha. They are still looking for a home, fyi, to anyone stumbling across this thread! I promise I will update the thread if that changes.

    It is always better to vaccinate chicks for Mareks, but the Mareks vaccine doesn't give your chickens Mareks. If you read the article, it talks about this in the Vaccinations section, first part.     Not a bad idea, I will run it by the museum folks since they would need to be the ones to do that. They may be hesitant to advertise that there is Mareks in the area though. Thank you! They really are a fun bunch of ladies, I certainly hope someone is able to take them.

    Crafting with Egg Shells - Glue?
