Yeah!!! he/she is doing GREAT!!!! I kept it in a cage for 3 days..He/she still has a slight limp but is getting better...

We checked the young chick out and it appears he torn a tendion in his leg..Going to put him in a cage for a few days so he can't run or do much of anything with his leg...

No my young chicks have not been vacinated they where hatched by a friend of ours..Our friend gave them to us when they where about 4 days old...

He/she is about 5 months old..I checked its leg and foot for any kind of sore or wound but didn't see any...It's nails look good...Whats is bumblefoot? I will try the vitamins as you sugested for all the chicks...Thank you... :)

Looking for members in my area..I am new to chicken raising...A friend gave me 7 laying hens(i only get 3 to 4 eggs per day) and 4 baby chicks..When can i let the babies loose with the older hens..Right now i keep the babies in my fenced in back yard and the hens roam free out side of the fenced...
