    Pretty much what I’m doing. I either sho them out the pop door or pick them up and push through it. Did t know I’d have to train them. ‍♂️ I started with older chicks with my last flock and they already knew all of it.

    4 in at top on both sides plus gable vents on two sides.

    Ended up being upper respiratory. Gave her Benadryl for a few days.

    South Carolina. Good weather. No scares. Coop is 4x8 by 6 ft high.

    I have a lavender Ameracauna and Spanish white face about 2 1/2 months old that only leaves the coop if I make them. I’ve had them about 4 weeks. Is this normal? Feed and water is in coop...could that be why? Should I move both outside for awhile?

    I have a 2 month old Spanish white face hen that is keeping one eye closed. She seems fine otherwise. Eye doesn’t look swollen and there is no drainage. Any ideas or suggestions?

    Building a new coop and am wondering if the hens will do damage to garden produce if allowed to free range in it. Ken
