Closed eye

I have a 2 month old Spanish white face hen that is keeping one eye closed. She seems fine otherwise. Eye doesn’t look swollen and there is no drainage. Any ideas or suggestions?

Try flushing the eye with saline solution. Boil one cup water with a half teaspoon of non-iodized salt and a dash of baking soda. Cool before using.

Ended up being upper respiratory. Gave her Benadryl for a few days.
