    Dust/ Dirt bath

    I’m not sure that potting soil would be the best choice for a dust bath. If you’re going to prepare something for them, I would think that you might find some normal dirt around your yard, maybe sift it and perhaps add some sand and a little DE and then let it bake in the sun for awhile.

    Some lies are easier to get away with than others. But I take your point. Nevertheless, I’ve been lied to for too long about too many things to fully trust anything that comes from men. Only God is worthy of my complete faith.

    anyone else have silly/funny chicken names?

    I named my little incubated baby Juanita. That way I could have just shortened it to Juan, (which I usually call her anyway), if she turned out to be a rooster. I’ve named my roosters Alpo, Gravy Train and Kibbles. Katie the nuerotic Shepard says they all taste like chicken. :)
