    Can I give safeguard directly via syringe? She’s not eating or drinking much on her own. Also she’s only 3 months.... is that early for worms to show up?

    I thought id include this video. She lies down all day until I pet her to wake her.... and then she’s up for maybe 30 seconds or so before settling back down with droopy head all fluffed up. Her poop looks a bit different today...

    This is what I started doing today. I have her a dose directly in her mouth and her water is medicated. I have a food scale!

    I called a bunch of vets today and they’re all booked out until next week. If I were to try a de-wormer, what would you recommend? She’s young and I just am out of ideas to try...

    I’m brand new to owning chickens. How would tell if she might have worms? I’ve seen no evidence. And she’s not wheezing or coughing or anything like that.
