Lethargic, droopy head 3 month old pullet- can’t figure out what is wrong!! Help!

@Lauralav, welcome to BYC. If you want to try de-worming her you can use Safeguard for goats. Do you have a food scale that you can weigh her on?
I thought id include this video. She lies down all day until I pet her to wake her.... and then she’s up for maybe 30 seconds or so before settling back down with droopy head all fluffed up.
Is this the right stuff?

Her poop looks a bit different today...

HEr
This is what I started doing today. I have her a dose directly in her mouth and her water is medicated. I have a food scale!
Her poop is now liquid yellow. This can’t be good..... 😞

I would start on the corid and safeguard for deworming ASAP. You can use both meds at once. The Chicken Chick blog has dosage recommendations for safeguard. I would lean more toward worms/parasites than coccidiosis but better to be safe than sorry.
Can I give safeguard directly via syringe? She’s not eating or drinking much on her own. Also she’s only 3 months.... is that early for worms to show up?

Is her crop empty first thing in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink? Any mucous or yellow lesions inside her beak?

She's getting Corid water correct?

Yes, you give the Safeguard directly. Dose is 0.23ml per pound of weight given orally once a day for 5 days.
