    Help! I have 22 week old chickens (RIR, Buffs, EE), none are laying. I am finishing up bag of food. I’ve read if they are not laying and get fed layer food, it can damage kidneys. (Also what if a few are laying and the rest are not?) I am willing to mix my own but just read changing them over...

    I take lots of pics but no way to know that particular one at that age. No crowing yet. So I have 9 others, assuming the other 9 are hens, is the ratio ok if it is a Roo? I’ve read horror stories of roosters and don’t want any part of that. They all get along so well right now.
