They sure are pretty. I wish I could help but I would be afraid of infecting my chickens. They have never been sick yet and I would like to keep it that way. They sure are pretty though. What kind of chickens are they?- LindaMurphy

Very cool. It is fun raising chickens as long as you can take losses every so often. Predators are my biggest challenge.- LindaMurphy

I welcome the good snakes but sure don't like the fact that it got my baby duck. I'll be getting another buff duck friday when the new ones come in. I move mine to a cage within the coop once they have regular feathers and are at least half the size of the others. The others get to know them through the cage. I had gotten 2 magpie ducks because I couldn't find the buffs. I just couldn't pass them up when I saw them. So that gives me a total of 5 ducks. My dog loves the eggs. So do I for that matter.
