    Expanded wood pellets

    I have used wood pellets for over a year and a half now. They work fabulous! They absorb all of the moisture from the droppings. We live in Minnesota and had a VERY cold winter last year. The coop was sealed up pretty good and the pellets did not create moisture in there. It is a really good...

    putting warm water in heated dog bowl?

    feeding seedy foods

    I went to a chicken class and the instructor said not to feed the chicks seedy foods like apples, grapes, etc. It evidently causes the seeds to stay in the gut and rot. I have given my girls zucchini, apples, watermelon, and other foods with seeds. Has anyone heard of this problem?
