    No bubbles or gunk in eye. I've been bringing her in at night so she eats well and stays warm. Just that Yello crust thing in her nostrils which I've been unsuccessful in getting out. I don't want to hurt her.

    Thank you, yes she's all black and adorable. She's the only one. I have to apologize for the initial post and all the errors lol... no glasses and late night posting to blame. I am doing the oregano oil, for the whole flock. I just don't want to keep picking at something that cant come out...

    Ivery been trying wet quips, feathers I even managed to get some with tweezers... but I don't want to hurt her... how aggressively should i try and get these out? Shes a mouth breather right now and sneezes loudly. I had her in the house but now she's in the insulated garage. I feel bad but...

    Should I be concerned. She's not breathing out of her nose. It seems to be blocked and she keeps opening her mouth to breath.

    Does this look like dried booger? I'm trying to get it out and having no luck and I don't want to hurt her. I have a pic just can't figure out how to post it.

    Sort of, my 5 year old brings the chick into his room and it chases him around with its little wings flapping and he says it looks like a ninja attacking.

    Thanks! I am done hatching for now. My next adventure will be raising them, (in my living room)and then introducing them to my existing flock. I will def check out the other threads. So glad you answered me! (at least someone was listening. ) hahaha Cris

    Hi, well, out of the 4 eggs I tried hatching, only one came out. It's name is Ninja. I felt bad for him/her so I found a farm nearby and I bought a little black chick to keep him/her company. So far they are getting along, although Ninja kept trying to pick the other one's eyes the first...

    So I have six eggs, and 6 days left til hatching time ( I think ). I have 12 chickens and a rooster. My son wanted to learn about where chickens come from so we bought an incubator and here I am. Day 18 seems to be an important - do not turn anymore period. So I'm good with that. But...
