    it was a rake :) and I was hoping no one would notice as I replaced it already I just didnt have the board in place for the photo shoot lol. Also good suggestions on the food/waterer....what you are seeing there is two quail waterers I have the food more in the center so there is no fight over it!

    yep that sounds normal to me, that's why I said wait to see if it emptys overnight, I think you are fine.

    if it has a water balloon feel to it and it dosent go down overnight then it could be sour crop...look up a thread about the bottom of the page on here and see if that matches what you are seeing...I am getting ready to treat a hen with Monistat because of sour crop that she has.
