Don't get to be home today, have 3 pipped Marans. One had a terribly dry membrane, moistened, refilled all the water troughs and cups, turned on my heater humidifier. Hoping all goes well with everyone today!

I am beyond excited! First time bator, went through all the ups and downs of the LG incubator. Last night when I was moving eggs for lockdown I was astounded by the heft of my Marans eggs, I never candled them, WAY too dark even for our mag light LED. Best (or most disappointing) Easter weekend...
2 looked fine, think I all ready need new batteries for my light. I'm going to risk it and monitor for weeping eggs. Wednesday I'll candle again before lockdown!!
I panicked. Ripped off the lid and started frantically searching for something to fan them with! Taking my boy in to candle with me, hope they are kickin so he can watch them wiggle and jiggle around!
