    cornish X?

The Cornish cross would be almost twice the size as other standard chicks at that age with as much feathering that has come in. I agree with the leghorn.

I’m looking for a blue or black standard size cochin rooster. Also would like a black jersey giant rooster.

    Roosters?

Both are cockerels. The lacing will come in a lot better after the first molt

These are the best side shots I can get. She has a single comb.

Roosters not crowing hens not laying

They may be molting since you have a lot of loose feathers around.

    What breed is mom?

I’ve had this little bantam hen for about a year. She has just hatched some chicks today. Can anybody tell me what breed she is? The dad to the chicks is a partridge silkie.

If there is a Rural King store near you sometimes they have chicks. I bought some polish chicks there a few weeks ago.

    Wet feed

They will be fine with wet feed as long as it doesn't mold. You could try building a small roof over their feeder to try and keep it dry

What age do most cockerels begin crowing?

6-12 weeks is when I usually hear mine start

    What the heck Wazine 17...

I've used it before a year ago. Discarded two weeks of eggs. They are safe to eat after that.
