"He who builds" :) works commercial construction, and is very often given construction materials, that is why we are doing 10x10 blocks, that way we can add extra run or coop, and change configuration by bolting them together. Also not sure yet how may will be hens and roos yet, but will...
We are making a movable (by tractor or backhoe) coop that is 10x4.6x8 with cantilevered nesting boxes. The coop will be 2' off the ground making total ground space in the run 10x10. We are planning on making 10x10 sections that can be added as needed and reomved for moving.:)
