None of the others did, just her, even though they had been wormed before we got them (i was told) but hey ho. So we treated them (with VermX...

    Yellow poop

Hey Kathy. We're in scotland. Unfortunatly most medication here requires a prescription from a vet. All the local practices to me are horse and cow or cat n dog type establishments with little in the way of poultry/aviary knowledge. Did spy some stuff called coroid coroid?? It's for coccidiosis...

    Yellow poop

Hey folks, Just a quick one. I've a Rhode Island Red that seems under the weather. Shes the only on in the group (of 4) that has developed Yellow poop. It looks all kinda Diarrhea like. chicken coop interior paint?

Yea I get using low VOC paint for fumes etc, but even the heavy VOC ladened paints are bone dry within 3 days. If im not planning to get chickens in for another few weeks (looks like after the winter now) does it matter any if any volities have flashed off in the first 72hours!?

    chicken coop interior paint?

Somebody was telling me about not painting with certain types of paint as the chickens will get I'll if it's toxic. Surely it'll be all fine and dandy once the coop has air dried and thepaint smell has disapaited??

    run heights....

Hey folks. I'm new to this chicken keeping lark, so new that mine are still on order. I've repurposed a shed and built a run for my birds but someone made a passing comment that the run looked a bit low.... It's 2ft tall at its lowest, because it's built on a slope an 3 ft as it comes out the...
