    i just got my 3 first chicks today 2 cinnamon queens and a buff. they are so cute to watch. hope they make it through the night have a 250 watt flood light in the coop im checking on them through the window and seem ok so far. can anyone tell me me should i use a heat lamp or the flood lamp...

    Yes I was wondering where I can find info on cinnamon queen chickens. Our feed store has baby chicks and I thought about gettin a couple of them but don't know anything bout them as I am new to this chicken thing. What type of eggs do they lay and so on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    off the subject here a bit but can anyone tell me where i can get baby chicks here in ariz? coop is almost complete now. i dont mind going and picking them up at a farm or something. i reside in globe bout 90 miles n.e. of phoenix. any help would be greatly appreciated. thx )

    I'm new to this chicken thing still in the process of building my first coop. I have a question though, when you say each chicken needs 4sq ft is that just the area of inside the hen house or what?
