    Any news yet? Ducks do take forever. Mine hatched the 29th night. Pip to zip took over 24 hours as well.

    ssshhhh, no saying that S word! I'm not ready for winter at all. And now that we'll have to add on to the duck run, I'm less ready than I was yesterday. It's all good, the more the merrier around here.

    Good thinking. I think I have some camo fabric in the stash. Probably some with skulls as well. I'll have to go look. He grumbled his way out to the garage and closed the door. That's my cue to do what I want while he's not looking.

    Oh no! The lady that wanted half my duck hatch didn't show up, again. So I now am keeping all 15. And after seeing that I could diaper one and keep it in the house, I'm thinking about it. My DH will be less than impressed.

    Yes, this. We had a fund raiser to attend, I forced myself to go be social. And got back to two tired, wet ducklings. Woo Hoo!!!!!

    We had tickets for the hospital fund raiser, so I forced myself to go. Had a great time and came home to 2 ducklings! I'll take pictures once they are in the brooder, they are still wet and quite tired.

    Most are pipped today, one is working his/her way out. I didn't realize that ducks take so long to zip. This is exhausting!
