I can tell you want to do the best for your hens with the run but I really think it's too tight and vertical space isn't of assistance. Chickens need to scratch and move or their muscles deteriorate and the evidence of an issue is in the egg eating as it's all of them. I'd be panicking
Sorry but 2 feet is tiny for a living animal. Almost battery conditions and sad.
