The first few ducklings are starting to internally pip. I have another bunch in there that I have to turn. I also have the humidity up so I am concerned for the other eggs that are a good few weeks away and I do not have a hatching incubator. How important is it to keep the humidity EXACTLY at...

I am prepping for hatching day. If I am going to put the humidity up and temp down in the incubator.....won't that effect the other eggs that are not ready yet? I do not have the option of having 2 incubators, so how would one go about this?

I am not a 'new duck owner' anymore....but I am new at hatching them!!! I have 15 fertilized Magpie duck eggs in our incubator. (without a turning device....I am it!!!) I have had them in an egg carton type holder for most of their incubating period. Heat 99.5 and humidity at approx. 50...

I feel that this is a silly question..... but our Drake has been very busy with 'Miss Delyla Quack Quack' and she has been laying on a regular basis. We have been taking the eggs, to put in our DIY incubator.....Worrying that they may get too cold (????) Knowing that a female should go broody...

Hi... Can anyone help me learn how to introduce a drake, which I will be getting in a few days, to my little flock? I have one female Magpie and 4 chickens, who are all buddies. I am wanting to have a drake in with them, to breed with the female, and have him as a pet too, as the others are...

What does your duck like for a treat? Certainly worms and such.....but is there any other type of food they are totally nuts over?

Thank you - It could be possible, I suppose. I'll keep an eye on that and make sure nothing in continuing to scare her....or.....
