yay another good egg..

Well at lease one bit of good news today three lovely eggs in the nest box..and im at the end of this bag of feed.my be it was the feed ,because when I put the c/p on it ,it went much quicker then it has been..not had the brand be fore...so may be that was it..i don't know ..but got the old one...

No egg to day ,so hopely things will be better tomorrow. Did have a nice blue and brown one waiting for me ..so I am happy. and I did sprinkle about 1/4 of tea spoon over the fed.

HI 12 hens the oyster shells comes in plain bags..but I always get it from the same place and its been ok before...not a lot of choice where I live, but its a good idea. well today on the poop tray was a broken unshelled egg..But I now have my calcium power..And how much did it say I should...

yes it is..the shell was a bit of a funny shape. But hay ho.just time will put it right. And I should get the powered calcium tomorrow..so that should help big time..Thank you for all your help..really kind of you to take the time and go threw this with me.xx T

Got a shell less egg on the poop tray today ..waiting for the calcium powder to come now,.

hi ya yesterday there was two membranes in with the poop on the poop tray..... But today there was a lovely white egg in the neat box........heres hopeing that it is all over now all over .. thanks everone. for the help you gived me...

Hi Krista Thanks for you input...this hen has layed 169 perfect eggs in the past.. I feed fermented layer's pellets in the morning and for treats sprouted wheat and just pellets(shhh they think its a treat) ,yes they have oyster shell and grit in a separate container, today i put some over...

Well today I got this this one had a yoke in it and was in the nest box..so hopefully the next one will have a shell..
