I thought at first it was splayed leg so I taped it at day 1 after hatch.. Then, put in a chick-chair. ( long story)...No improvement... The breeder who sold...

    Tolbunt chick with leg backwards....

    I hope the picture showed up...https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/uploadimg.php I taped it the 2nd day after hatch because it looked splayed..Now today it was going backwards despite the tape...Tried to retape using steri-strips.. (surgical tape used in hospitals)..Any advice?/ Thanks....

    wet stinky run

    check out the post about using sand in the run..I tried it and it works great! I called my local paving and sand company and they dropped 1 ton for 30.00 bucks.
