Unfortunately what your saying and what I am seeing is two different things. The egg is hanging outside her body, it's not inside her. The membrane didn't let loose inside of her. I have her separate from the other girls so that they leave her alone. Hopefully she can get the egg out later...

Hi, I have 2 questions. I know that the chickens can eat sunflower seeds, can they eat black oil sunflower seeds too? Plus I know they can eat cucumbers, I peel the cukes and then slice them and give them to the chickens or what? I know the cukes have to be peeled. Then what? Thanks

Update on my NH red, lst night we put her, dog crate and all in the fenced in area right near the other girls. She's still in the dog crate, but seems happy to be near her sisters. And her butt seems to be doing better. Plus so far I have gotten 2 eggs from her. Bare in mind they are small eggs...
