Olivia is probably Easter egger and Polish mix. Araucanas are quite rare and difficult to find. Blue eggs have the same nutrition as any other color egg. Daisy is a Cochin mix.

This little rooster is what some folks call a Sizzle which is a Cochin/Silkie cross.

Depending on the type of comb, I'd guess silver laced wyandotte, cockerel.

Wyandotte and some other feather-legged chicken. Feathered legs/feet is a dominant trait and if either parent has feathered legs/feet, then their offspring will as well.
