I found one of my Isa Brown hens (about 1.5 years old) on the floor this morning. She was on her back, with her eyes closed. She had her legs fully extended out. What’s wrong with her, can it spread to the other chickens, and how do I treat it? I will post pictures if needed

Should I separate her from the rest of the flock?

She has been like this for about a day, except today she is more sluggish than yesterday. She is about 1 year old. She has had her head tucked in like this for most of yesterday and all of today. Her friend is hanging around her a lot, which I have heard is a bad sign. Thanks for any help!

That's an Easter Egger. Easter Eggers are commonly called Ameraucanas and Araucanas. Most stores make that mistake.
