Now he is walking around but it's aimless. He won't lay his head down to go to sleep and I can tell he is fighting it. What should I do? I tell ya if it's not one thing it's another.
I was feeding him the pedia light and then he just got up and walked off.
This page os amazing and so are the people at petco
A woman told me to mix oatmeal and ped light and feed it to Pablo then chase it with water.
Well I've been doing that while he is in the tub and finally FINALLY he is lifting his head and placing it on the edge of the tub himself. But...
Not on a Saturday or Sunday. :-/ I could bring him Monday tho. I just can't affored the emergency clinic.
How could he have hurt his neck? No feathers are missing or anything.
Will he perk up after getting food and water in him and if so about after how long?
I'll google the Advil idea...
Also giving him water from a dropper I don't think he's been in taking any even tho it looks like he is trying.
I'm afraid I am going to loose him. And I refuse to let him go out without a fight on both our behaves.
I am having no luck he is doing worse in the bath today then yesterday I gout the pedia stuff and oatmeal. Bought feeder fish no interest.
He in now having a hard time hold his head up in bath. More lethargic.
Can I give the pedia stuff to him straight up?
It's now been 24 hours since the accident and no change in Pablo. I am going to the store to buy him some minnows for his bath in hopes that will perk him up a bit.
I made him some eggs but I'm not sure if he ate any as they are on my floor now lol :-)
I'm still pretty worried about this guy :-(
Sorry my typeing is so erratic I've been up for over 24 hours now.
He's a great spunky duck but he just seems like a shell of the duck I knew.
I am being told that the duck killer is likely a fox or a coon. It climbs over my fence and I nearly saw it last night.
I have no idea how he was spaired
After the first attach he was slightly shaken but for the most part still normal in personality just a little different.
But now, now it's like he's a completely different duck.
Would depression or ducky PTSD cause this behavior in him?
I've been giving him sugar water
When I pick his head up it does not flop back down. He gingerly places it back down.
The drooling worries me tho :-/
However I'm scared to get another duck I have hopefully taken care of the problem as of last night but who knows how many more animals there are...
