She gets chicken feed, organic crumbles plus meal worms, fruit, veggies, for treats. She has been laying but I don’t know the last time she laid. They all lay in one spot for some reason and it’s hard to tell who laid what

    Pooping Yolk

She was just sitting on the lawn in front of the door and when I would walk up to her she would get up and move a little but not far. She let me just stroke her back, she has always been more...

Sick Wyandotte- lethargic and mucous sounding

Need some chicken health advice! The information I have is kind of vague but I’m hoping the symptoms sound like something someone has experience with. One of our silver laced Wyandottes (she’s around 2 1/2) has not been feeling good lately. She’s lethargic although she still runs up for meal...

Feeding Chicks (2 months old) Layer Food

Well the person he got the advice from was the owner who is a pretty nice guy. My guy just added two months onto their life span for some reason because he doesn’t pay attention like I do.

Feeding Chicks (2 months old) Layer Food

I sent my other half to get chick food for our two month old chicks and he comes back with an adult layer formula. The guy at the store asked him how old our birds were and my bf said 4 months (facepalm). Can our babies eat the layer food or should I run and get a back of chick food?

    Help!!! Possible Wry neck

She did lick a little of the water that I put on her beak with the q tip. I tried dipping her beak to see if she’d drink but she wouldn’t. When I opened the crate I have her in she fluttered about a bit which is more activity than I’ve seen her do, she was also sitting up which she wasn’t doing...

    Help!!! Possible Wry neck

She’s been in wood box with shavings in our garage. We have three other chicks and they seem fine. She doesn’t seem injured except that she had a small red spot on her beak. I can try the q tip method and see if that’s works
