Ninny; As for a heated watwer system, depends how many $$$ you want to invest. A recirculating system, a hot wter heater, insulated lines and a circulation pump like and /RV 12 VDC pump . They also make smaller and less expensive recirculating pumps.

What would be the proper portion of feed for pullets about ready to lay. I have 35 all ready to lay and would like to know the minimum and maximum of feed to give them. Will they need more than consumed in 15 20 minutes, twice daily?? thanx Paul partimer;

Oh Oh OH those nasty things; My solution, and it works if I remember to use it. At our farm store, or sporting outlets they sell Cutter's outdoor woodsman spray for fleas, ticks and yes chiggers. OFF doesn't work, but the cutters woodsmen does if you remember to spray it on the shoes, legs...

:PAh, winter is coming, more sleep; At age 73, and as active as I care to be, I find 7 hours of sleep sufficent. Don't count TV naps for boring news or programs. Stay active, eat good and sleep less. Oh smile !!!
