Thanks for the information .Feed store had chick starter 20% protein, not much more than layer feed 18%. I watched silkie with 3 keets eating off her beak .interesting , never hatched eggs before

Thanks for all info.Going to start with Southern States in Annaplois Marylan( Bowen Farm Supply) to get basic idea. Main problem is no electric service to area,don't want extension cords.Any ideas on racor wire under roosting platform?
