Hey guys and gals Its lock down day and i was just curious , ive had my eggs in cartons from day 1-18 and i was wondering if i could lay them on their sides to hatch now or should i leave them in cartons ? Just looking for some advice. Take care everyone and happy hatchin:P

Hello everyone. Last night my buff oprington hen (i think) went broody. she had already laid her egg for the day but yet she was back on the nest, she was puffed up and wouldnt let anyone near, she was sitting on 18 eggs, i have been letting them build up so maybe somone would sit on them...

see she got on the nest a few hours ago, i lifted her up and her egg is layed but shes still on the nest , puffs and screams when i go near her

its happeneing to my buff opringon girl , on her back the feathers are broken in half and the sking is red , i think it could be molting im not sure thats what im guessing about mine.
