I had thought this was a female but now after looking at this thread im second guessing. It hatched a few hours ago. Its legs seem to be getting darker as time passes. Opinions?- pemphredo

My new chicks (month old) are DUMB!
Well I got them to eat "scraps" My son this morning wanted cheesy scrambled eggs. well he never ate it so I mixed a little left over pasta in it and went to go feed my hens the scraps. the #3 pic is the speckled sussex. :O) they are real cute I just wish they would figure the food and water thing out faster LOL I get worried about my babies LOL they are real friendly and like to be touched and held. Thankfully LOL- pemphredo
