I've just been out to see if I could get any photos in the dark. I don't know how well you'll be able to see but it's the body feathers at the top of his legs that seem lower than usual. To be honest they look better than they did when he went to bed 3 or 4 hours ago, hanging less lowly. -

Yes. He was out free-range when he had the incident but he's in his pen now. He's got an indoor roost and an outdoor run. -

He's not catchable. I'm not experienced and he's never been possible to touch because he was extremely scared when we got him. It's probably more likely to cause more harm. I can get a vet to come and have a look at him if necessary. -
