    Yes just to get chicks. Just don’t want to do any harm to the offspring.

    Hi, I have 5 pullets and a cockerel from the same hatch. They share a father but come from different hens. From what I’ve read it’s okay to breed parent to sibling or sibling to sibling for a couple of generations, so I think I should be fine but thought I’d ask! Thanks!

    They were fathered by a black copper maran and a variety of hen breeds (listed in original post).

    I’ll take more pics in a couple weeks. Funny enough, chick #5 has the least amount of feathers grown in and he’s smallest in size but has the largest comb of all the chicks.
