    I would rent a bigger tow behind that self feeds. I rented a midsize tow behind without self feed and I felt that was MORE dangerous because is was gravity fed and you had to push stuff into it. I used one of the bigger thicker pieces to ram stuff down. That said - It may be best to hire someone...

    Once again I am way behind. I'll be the voice of (semi) reason. If you haven't already decided, I'd say if you really must have one, then wait till next spring. Everything will be working for you . ie weather , the ability to integrate with more space, etc

    I have one of those heat plates set up wall mounted behind their coop perch connected to a thermo-cube that turns on @ 32F or 0C. That way if they are cold they can find heat but otherwise they are at outside temps.
