When we realized there was a problem, he was already limping pretty badly but was still standing up...
For inflamation, Prednisone 3mg/mL.
Using 1.5mL every 12 hours.
After 5 days, 1.5mL/day.
As for the vitamins, this one is called Condroplex 1000.

I went to the vet and the answer is osteoarthritis/arthrosis.
It was very weird because he is young, like 2 years old maximum.
