Is it realy true that all backyard chickens lay eggs with oranger yolks? Onyx does, but Esther's are the same as the kind you would get at the store...

They are soooo naughty. They dig a hole to lay their eggs. A big one in the hardest possible to reach place in the run.

I painted parts of the coop a light blue, and made a new nest box hanging sign in the same color. COOP UPGRADE!

Onyx's comb and wattles are bigger now. She thinks she is soooo cute she doesn't yell at me for treats, she just tilts her head and stares. It works.
