Broody for more than two months, is that OK

I have a very sweet broody hen that has been laying on her one fake egg for more than two months. Is it ok to just leave her alone? She is eating and drinking ok. I can reach in and pet her or even pick her up and put her out with the rest of the flock. She doesn't get mad and run right back...
