    Polish Chicks - approx. 10 weeks old? Hens or Roos?

    I know it's too young to be certain, but I'm curious as to guesses. We are new to this and keep changing our minds about what each is! At what age should we start seeing pointy saddle feathers on any roos? There are 3 chickens - sorry I don't have a better pic or more pics of the black/red one.

    No idea! I'm a newb. The grey one was all grey at first, so will possibly be all buff eventually? The darkest one was all black with just red/orange on the face, but now that is spreading... And the black/white (i guess silver laced?) was originally a mostly yellow fuzzball. I don't know about...

    I'm not 100% sure. Should be 7ish weeks I think? I was told they were 1 month old around March 23, but I think they were maybe only 3 weeks then.

    I purchased three Polish chicks from Windfire Ranch which is in LaGrange GA. They have other breeds and other birds as well. They were $10 each and the experience was great - let me come out and check them out and ask questions a couple days before I decided to buy.
