    Sitting here designing the addition to the coop and enjoying an adult beverage, when I look over at my daughter’s LEGO’s and I see a chicken ladder.

    The lead foreperson AKA my wife approved a coop extension and slight relocation. The coop will have 16” added to both sides and either a flat or slightly sloped roof. The new size would be 4’ by 4’ 6” with the same size chicken run of 5’ by 21’.

    Looking at doing 1/4 inch plywood with 15lbs paper for additional weather proofing and then adding these fence boards.

    I guess I’ll have three to four happy chickens, unless I build another small coop. The plans said that this footprint could accommodate four chickens.
