My gosling is starting to feather nicely, but I've noticed he seems a little weak and tiresome with his legs and they tremble when he's standing. Mom and my brother think it's because he doesn't get enough exercise, but we go on daily walks and he plays outside plenty. Is it something else? And...

I'm not sure they learn people's faces at all. I could always freak them out when I appeared in a hat. after they heard my voice they would calm down. AS for adult geese they can nibble very gently when they want to....
My gosling seems to know my face and body from anyone else's who...
I'm still concerned, though.. he occasionally 'buzzes' when he's panting, I'm not sure if that labored or him just making noise. I lost my babies last year for silly reasons, I just don't want him to fall ill and be able to do nothing about it.

But then again, I am "mama".. that does help a lot. :x
Good luck keeping your geese sociable, OP. <3

It'd be a shame to see them cooked.. geese are intelligent animals and live a long time. They have other uses- I'd keep them to alert to...

I don't think they lay all year round.. xP Should have gotten chickens?
I have chickens too...lol They haven't laid at ALL yet. I was told from the person I got them from (And one other person that has some of the same) they they laid from May-Sept and then were done for that summer...
