I wouldn't incubate an egg that is already cracked, way to many down falls. Also it looks like it has a bit of calcium build up so it may be a bit more of a challenge for the chick to hatch. Good luck!

Grass is a good idea either way, I say lay down some fine gravel and have the other part dirt or grass for them to dig in and be chickens. Good luck!

My porcelains has leg and nail issues from bad breeding. . .I buy now from reputable breeders.
