Ok so about a month ago I was given some silkie eggs I've seen his silkies they are very pretty
So I stuck them in my bator on the 7th and then took them to lockdown out of 6, 4 went to lockdown well they were a lil slow hatching and on the third night ALL but one hatched (I didn't know that...

ok well like I said the sire is the EE and the BR is the hen so there sexlinks then? and how do I sex them I hatched 1 so far and I have 6 more hatching now the one that hatched is all black with a white stomach
also what color eggs? I know the BR lays red and the EE's lay green so any ideas?
lol just a question but what would you get by crossing a EE roo with BR hen?? I already hatched an egg but just curious as to what it will look like when grown
umm what are you incubating? are they in an incubator? or under a hen? if they are chickens they usually hatch on day 21 umm but if they are still alive they either had poor temps and are way late or are shrink wraped due to poor humidity which needs to be at about 70-75 in a bator
my first still air hatch BLEW I got 3 babies out of 20 so I installed a computer fan and I use the dry incubation method then in lock down I boost the humidity to 70-80% and I have been getting 70-80% hatches but these are OEG banty's and VERY fragile ive recently been doing BR and EE eggs just...
