Although I'm certainly no expert I was thinking EE because it looks just like an EE chick I got... Could be wrong though.. I do think that the only hatchery I've seen that carries Bantam EE's is My Pet Chicken when I was looking through their breeds.

Although I am newer to chickens, I think most people do seperate their hens when they get broody to a seperate area away from the other hens.. However someone else here could more adequetly answer your question :|
