Hey, Thats a great idea!! I realize it may be overkill for just the 3 days, but I set about 200 eggs at a time and need the hatch to be as high percentage as possible. I'm trying to be "over the top" careful. Thanks for the great idea!!!!

If I cross my Welsummer Roosters with my Barred Rock hens do I get a black sex link of the caliber that a RIR rooster would give? I'm sure they will be sexually dimorphic at hatch, but are they going to be of the quality of a RIR x Barred Rock as far as egg laying ability? My black sex links...
