    Hey guys... help needed! I got tractor supply chicks three weeks ago, and both of them are very scared of me. I have tried to hold them and get them used to me, but it seems to be stressing them out more than helping them.

    Hey guys, I have actually found out a way to sex chicks... but they have to be VERY young. I learned this from a chicken lady... so... here it is: You hold them by their feet, and then you turn them upside down... If they try to curl up they are a male, if they don’t care and just allow it...

    I candeled all of the eggs (didn’t get to crack open yet) and on one of them it seems to have veins on the dark end, although it’s very hard to tell/see...

    The temp is 35.5 C... I thought that was at the high end... Also, It’s day 28, I don’t think assisting will do anything worse... but again this is my first hatch so....
