DOGS! UGH!!!
It is very annoying your neighbour executed his dog for the punishment of being a dog?!?!? It is HIS fault that he can't be bothered to look after his dog properly. I would have personally been pi#$ed if I was you- sjaved789

Trust me foxes in London are something else. They are not scared of humans, many times you would walk on the street at night and a fox will casually walk past you without giving you a single glance.- sjaved789

Yes I totally agree. I purchased hardware mesh and put it all around the pen and I don't think they can get to them. I do believe the gun works though. Before I had one they use to be 4 or more foxes roaming around the garden harassing my quail. If I opened the window and shouted they would...- sjaved789

Hi the starter feed I use is 30 percent protein and I have always used it for my other flocks. It is clear it was one quail that was doing it as he had all his feathers and the others didnt and I actually witnessed him pecking on the others. -

I am feeding them high quality starter feed. And no there are no feathers in the brooder so they r eating them. I have raised loads of quail before and have not changed anything except the bedding. I had another chick with this lot who stayed the size of a new born chick. It was vert strange... -

newly hatched chick falls over on back, cant hold neck up. mom seems to have abandoned it

Does anyone what is wrong with this guy? His feet seemed curled and he just sits on the floor trying to move but he cant. -

The fox returned over 4 or 5 times during the night and brung a few buddies. I waited the next day until I got a semi auto gas gun. I heard some chaos from the quail pen and knew right away mr fox was back. I think he got the message as he has never returned after I fired him up.- sjaved789

Hi! I have some chicks who arr three weeks and when I saw your post I tried all day to train them to go up and down however it is not too successful. Any tips? Would really appreciate it. How cold does it get where you are from? If it is not cold enough to snow then I dont think they need a...
