    Welsh Harlequin ducks male?

Definitely 2 drakes. Which can live together happily if no females present.

How to tell the gender of a welsh harlequin?

The one with the dark head I would say is a drake. But WH can be funny, the bill colouring is not exact. I've bred several generations of WH.

Checking-In On Peeps - Post Here To Say Hello!

Hey guys, sorry I've been missing so long. Lots of family stuff going on. Currently have my eldest duck Harlee sleeping on my bed as she can't walk, and my little Cayuga Shadow decided a few weeks ago that he no longer wants to sleep outside with the big boys, so has a cat carrier in the house...

A few duck questions about duck behaviours and traits...

My WH started laying at 4 months old. Never gone more than a week without at least 1 egg from the two. They tend to stop when moulting though.

    Chickens Not Sleeping on Roost

So today is the first day of duckie lockdown here in UK. I didn't even know about it until late yesterday afternoon! So had no time to prepare. I've been looking online but struggling to find any answers to how long it will last. Anyone have an idea?

Something is going on with my welsh harlequins legs and or feet.

all my WH ducklings had weird feet. they grew out of it. but keep on with niacin as it also helps bone growth. I gave it to mine from day 2. Not sure how the one my duckies have just hatched looks yet, as they won't let me near! lol

    1st time ducks setting

my first egg hatched yesterday, I wasn't expecting it till the 18th at least but we've had warm weather for last 2 months. Could be due to weather or how long they've been taking breaks for. I'd give it a couple of days.
