Is there a farm or feed supply other that TSC around you?
I have a few as I'm in the rural beef country. I started my chicken addiction from a local feed store....if I can wait 5 days I can almost pick anything I want.
Someone else may have a much better handle on that but I have seen sprains that have produced some stiffness but not like as you describe.
If it's moving I would definitely isolate her for at least a few days.
Watch your remaining chickens for signs of anything odd.

I really don't see TSC with anything exotic, at least mine doesn't during "Chick days"
Our first chickens included Silver Laced Wyandottes and both looked really close @ months old.
