    Not necessarily so on lumbering.. you shoot at a coon and he can MOVE FAST... I'd bet on it being a coon.

    OMG I can't believe ya'll let chickens eat Hostas (jk) I buy Hostas to plant all the time.. My dogs let them stay about one summer and then poof they are gone.. I love Hostas..

    Look what we caught last night

    I can't describe a 22 but I'd get my husband to put one in a place (safe) with the bullets nearby and show you how to load it so if this happens again you will be ready. There are 22 rifles and pistols and they have many varieties of each. Linda

    I have no problem shooting a coon. They have wiped me out of chickens in the past. Get a 22 and shoot away . If you relocate you are just giving someone else your problem. When they take out some of your chickens you won't feel so softhearted. Just my opinion. not worth much . Linda in E. Texas
