    My New Coop

    Looks nicely done, but if there are hawks and/or dogs in the area, please replace the chicken wire with hardware cloth. Sadly, this is the voice of experience.

    can anything eat threw chickenwire?

    Sadly, just last might, we finished our juvenile coop for our 5 weekers. Against my husband's advice, we used chicken wire. Our big dog's nails just went through it like butter and we lost two. Today, more work and hardware cloth like it should have been in the first place.

    Mealworms ok for week old chick?

    I have six approximately one week old chicks and I wondered if it was okay to give them meal worms yet? i am brand new to this.
